Welcome to the Wolf Creek Farms Neighborhood Market.

IF you’re a farm producer, baker or local artisan/craftsman, we are excited to offer you the chance to sell through wcfarmstx.com. We are working towards building a clearing house of information, inventory and delivery options for local (Lubbock, Lubbock County, West Texas and Eastern New Mexico) farms, producers, artisans, craftsmen and more. We offer our website and store, as well as our extensive and growing social networking platforms to boost, promote and sell through our store and appropriate drop off locations in the area. We have several requirements for being a vendor through our store.

First, all arrangements are made individually with all vendors, because not all products sell the same, are made the same or have the same value, or have the same market appeal to both consumers and commercial accounts.. We take items under consignment, post sale payment and certain products, we pay for product in the door. We offer two delivery days a week for vendors. You can deliver on Monday from 1 PM=5 PM, or on Wednesday from 8 to noon, unless you make special arrangements for dropoff or delivery.

If you’re a craftsperson or an artisan, we require all State and local permitting, as well as a copy of your resale and tax number through the Texas Comptroller. Bakers, canners and food makers must have a verifiable commercial kitchen, or follow the Texas Cottage Food Laws for handling, packaging and labelling products for sale through our store. Cottage Food vendors must also provide some copy and proof of a current food handlers permit that meets the State of Texas’s codes and regulations.

Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) must provide proof of all state required documents, including applicable insurance verification, as well as a notification of TDA and USDA inspection statuses, and supporting paperwork.

We require all vendors to provide a written inventory of products for sale, including new products when delivered, as well as a price list to be filed in store, regardless of arranged payments and invoicing to be placed on our computer system, as well as for our public pricing options.

All vendors are subject to relocation in the store for better visibility. Unless you provide your own display, we don’t prioritize any one vendor over another.

Vendors can offer delayed delivery through our website ordering system, but must be able to comply with a three day window for delivery, or products are subject to removal from the website ordering and delivery system.

For vendors deemed commercial providers, a separate price list will be kept and products will be added to our “fresh list” for distribution to chefs, managers, food trucks, etc. on a weekly basis. We request that all products be updated on a weekly basis for availability and delivery confirmation.
